In 2024, the Gatsby Benchmarks were updated to place greater emphasis on parental engagement.

1. "Parents are huge influencers."
Our guides help parents recognise their influence and feel confident in having meaningful career conversations with their children.

2. "Parent engagement goes beyond just sharing information, it equips parents to have informed career conversations."

We go beyond simply sharing information by providing step-by-step actions and practical ways to start career discussions.

3. "Personal guidance support and how to access it shoud be comminicated to parents, including through your institutions website."
